Excellent varieties, detailed control of the supply chain, innovative production methods allow us to join the world of gelato with exceptional and unmistakable products. Personally selected by Gianluca Franzoni from the best plantations in Central America, Madagascar and Tanzania, and by him supervised during fermentation, the Domori cocoa means unique and inimitable raw material.

Boxed products

The aromatic "pure pastes" (cocoa masses) are highly characterized, able to make a difference in prestige and quality, offer the possibility of serving different trays of chocolate "crus" ice-cream and sorbets:

  • Arriba Nacional from Ecuador, fresh and delicate, with hints of banana and citrus;

  • Apurimac from Peru, with hints of flowers, caramel, cream;

  • Sambirano from Madagascar, sweet and round, red fruit and nuts;

  • Sur Del Lago from Venezuela, fine, round, persistent, a great source;

  • Morogoro from Tanzania, clean taste of cocoa with spicy and woody notes;

  • and in addition two excellent not alkalized aromatic cocoa powders (10-12% and 22-24% fats).
